2. FUNDAMENTALS of Culturing Balanced Harmony

Yin and yang, the two opposing principles, were created by ancient Chinese. Let`s make it easier to comprehend by some examples. Males are yang, females are yin. Day is yang, night is yin. Movement is yang, stillness is yin. Fire is yang, water is yin. The sun is yang, the moon is yin.
Actually, everything in the world contains two aspects which are the so-called yin and yang. These two parts are opposite, but at the same time, they are unitive. Yin and yang are changing all the time. If yin increases, yang will reduce. On the contrary, if yang increases, yin will reduce. It is their balance that makes everything go naturally and harmoniously.
For example, during the day, yang goes up and yin goes down, people feel full of energy and enthusiastic , but at night, yang goes down and yin goes up, then we go to sleep. If we break this balance and stay up too late, that will do harm to our health.
Sometimes yin and yang can even transform into each other.
